inFamous Second Son: Review
Hey there guys, I wanted to bring you guys something different for a change to get away from the inevitable deluge of tactics and hobby. Instead, I felt like using this blog to do some video game reviews for a change. This won't change the focus of Imperator Guides whatsoever, nor will it conflict with any Tactica series in the future; these are strictly as an extra aside to break up all the hobby oriented posts I do. I love video games and I've always wanted to share my thoughts on them through a widespread medium. With that said, I would appreciate any feedback you guys have on these reviews, and I hope you enjoy this article!

Vampire Counts - Unit Overview Part 3
Hey guys, I'm Learn2Eel and today I am going to be taking a quick look
at the Vampire Counts army book. I've wanted to do a Tactica series for
my primary Warhammer Fantasy army for a while, but logistical - for lack
of a better term - reasons have deterred any progress there. I think
the Tyranid Initial Unit Review article was pretty well received, and
this will also give me a good kick-starter for a future Tactica series. I
hope you enjoy this article! This is Part 3 of the Unit Overview series.

"Contact Us" Page Fixed
Hey guys, it was brought to my attention today that the email address listed for any inquiries under the "Contact Us" tab was actually incorrectly linking to our site co-founder Jax Tolemn's email address. Mr Jax has left the blog in my care and as such I have rectified this issue and the "Contact Us" tab now correctly links to my email address. Sorry if there have been any unanswered emails you guys have sent in! If you have any thoughts or critiques for the blog, please send them in and I will respond to them as quickly as I can. Cheers guys!

Dark Elves Tactica - Army Special Rules and Magic Items
Hey there ladies and gentlemen, it is Learn2Eel here with the beginning of the full Dark Elf Tactica seies! I'll be covering the Druchii in the mean-time until I am able to purchase an Astra Militarum Codex - sorry for the delay! - with a resolution to this particular series hopefully to be seen within a fortnight. I of course make no promises as I am very bad at keeping them with regards to time! With that said, let's begin with the Dark Elf' army special rules and magic items. I hope you enjoy this article!

Dark Elves - Unit Overview Part 2
Hello there ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the beginning of another
new Tactica series! This time I will be analyzing the dark glory of the
Druchii; the Dark Elves, Lords of Naggaroth. They, like High Elves,
have been given royal treatment by Matt Ward with the new army book
being among the highest quality ever released for Warhammer Fantasy.
Though I could spend a week discussing just why I love this army book,
my obligations dictate that I must spread the love and joy of tactics. I
hope you enjoy this article! This is Part 2 of the Unit Overview series.

Not Much Doing
I'll make this quick; as the title suggests, there isn't much happening at Imperator Guides lately. I'm working on my Dark Elves and thinking of which Tactica series to do either alongside or after the Astra Militarum Tactica. I'm sorry there isn't more happening, but sadly there's just not much for me to do at the moment. I'm having difficulties preparing articles at the moment, but that particular issue should be eliminated by the 23rd of April when the Astra Militarum Tactica should begin. Sorry for the lack of updates; I'll make sure to keep you guys posted! Cheers for the continuing support, and have a lovely day!

The Rise of Black Ark Khaederes
Hey guys, my name is Learn2Eel and today I have a personal hobby update that I am very excited to share with you all. As some of you may recall, I have been absolutely enthralled with Dark Elves ever since their new army book dropped. It is without a doubt in my mind that I say they have one of the most well balanced, fun and interesting codices' in Warhammer Fantasy, all to go along with what is undeniably the strongest model range in the setting. Let's unfurl the sails and ready ourselves for a new age of despair, as a new raiding host has risen!

Incoming Tacticas
Hey guys, Learn2Eel here with a very quick update on what is happening at Imperator Guides. The next Tactica series will be the Astra Militarum as they are an impending release, though I may be doing Dark Elves on the side - thankfully, they aren't that dissimilar from High Elves and thus I think I know my way around them pretty well already. The Astra Militarum one will probably begin a week after its release day as I can't actually grab the codex until then, so don't be surprised if the 19th of April is when that series is initiated. In any case, I'll work out what to bring you guys in the mean time and let you know of any updates on progress! Cheers for the continuing support and have yourselves a very nice day!

Tactica Tyranids - Tyrannofex
Hey guys, my name is Learn2Eel, and today I'm going to be bringing
you
another article in the Tyranid Tactica series! As silly as the name might be, the Tyrannofex is nonetheless one of the most frightening monstrous creatures available to a Tyranid Hive Lord. Blending superior ranged firepower with the greatest survivability of any Tyranid monstrous creature, the Tyrannofex is a premier choice in the new codex. Of course, this wasn't always so as it was generally a ridiculously expensive unit previously; now, with a drop of almost a third total in points and no other changes, the Tyrannofex has been catapulted into the spotlight as one of the xenos' best tools. I
hope you enjoy this article!

Tactica Tyranids - Exocrine
Hey guys, my name is Learn2Eel, and today I'm going to be bringing
you
another article in the Tyranid Tactica series! Exocrines are, much like the Tyrannofex, designed as a living monstrous death dealer from afar. They are armed with one of the more devastating bio-weapons in the xenos arsenal, one of the more nightmarish of the Hive Minds' creations. The Exocrine was seen as the less interesting, more generic kit sibling of the Haruspex before the two were released, though it has since proven to be the far more effective of the duo. Though seemingly expensive for what it does, the Exocrine brings versatile and strong firepower at a medium range for a really affordable points cost. I
hope you enjoy this article!
